    Q. What is the minimum order quantity for me to qualify for a discounted rate?

    A. At Branded Baubles we believe we offer very competitive prices on our logo baubles. Rather than offering additional discounts for larger orders, our aim is to keep costs as low as possible across the board, so no matter what the size of your order, everyone benefits from great prices

    Q. How do I stand with returns on logo baubles?

    A. As your logo baubles have been personalised and made to your specification, all branded baubles are non-refundable and non-returnable, as per the distance selling regulations.

    Q. What happens if I notice an error or spelling mistake with my logo baubles, once they are printed?

    A. Branded Baubles accept no responsibility for any customer input or spelling mistakes on orders as a result of PDF artwork being emailed over to Branded Baubles by the client.

    Q. What resolution do you require our artwork in?

    A. To ensure the best possible final product, Branded Baubles require the artwork provided to be in JPEG format at a minimum 300 DPI.

    No refunds or replacements will be offered in the instance that an image of poor quality has been supplied by the customer and printed by Branded Baubles.

    Q. If I have a pantone reference for the bauble colour I’d like, are you able to match this?

    A. Yes – no problem at all. Please just provide the reference and we’ll take care of the rest!

    Q. Upon receipt of my Branded Baubles, there are some damages – what happens now?

    A. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure your personalised baubles have reached you in perfect condition, occasionally damages do occur. Should this be the case, Branded Baubles must be notified within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in non-acceptance/non responsibility by Branded Baubles.

    For legitimate damages reported within 48 hours of receipt, Branded Baubles reserve the right to offer either a replacement or a refund for affected goods – whichever is deemed to be most suitable in terms of timescales/practicality/availability.

    Q. I have just been made aware of an amendment which needs to be made to our logo baubles – can you help?

    A. Within the fast moving, ever changing world of business, we know at Branded Baubles how specifications and requirements can change in the blink of any eye.

    Should you need to make any amendments to your order, Branded Baubles will, wherever ever possible, endeavour to make amendments to outstanding orders should this be required.

    Please do be aware that depending on your order status, amendments are not always possible. As soon as the print process commences, Branded Baubles shall not be liable for the cost of reprint, or any delays in delivery as a result of order amendments

    Q. How does pricing work?

    A. All prices quoted on the Branded Baubles website are in British Pounds Sterling (£/GBP) and do not included delivery charges.

    Delivery charges will be advised prior to order confirmation.

    Branded Baubles are entitled to increase the price of goods at any time prior to the printing of products due to factors beyond our control. Although this is a very rare occurrence, should such circumstances arise, we will of course discuss this with you, allowing you to confirm if you are still happy to proceed with your outstanding order.

    Once the product has been printed, Branded Baubles will honour the price of the goods, as per the order confirmation email.

    Q. How long are your quotes valid for?

    A. Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise agreed by Branded Baubles.

    Q. What are your payment terms?

    A. 100% payment is required for the customer at the time of order confirmation due to the personalised nature of the goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Branded Baubles.

    Q. What happens if I want to cancel my order?

    A. As your branded baubles have been personalised, and made to your specification, all branded baubles are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    Due to the personalised nature of these goods, a “cooling off” period is not applicable under any circumstances.
